King School Viewbook
King School approached us to create a new viewbook that reflected their dynamic, forward-thinking approach to education. With distinct Lower School, Middle School, and Upper School divisions, they needed a design that cohesively showcased the unique offerings of each division while maintaining a unified brand message.
We designed a custom viewbook that brought King School’s identity to life, utilizing a tabbed system and differently sized pages for each division. This allowed prospective students and parents to easily navigate sections on academics, arts, athletics, and community initiatives, while keeping the overall design consistent with King School’s established brand.
The viewbook begins with an introduction to King’s standout educational philosophies, including inquiry-based learning and a global perspective—two key elements that distinguish King School’s academic approach. By leveraging their brand and values, we delivered a viewbook that deeply resonated with both prospective families and the King School community, providing a comprehensive look at their vibrant, progressive educational environment.

Cover & Tabbed Design
The cover and tabbed design worked seamlessly to create an engaging and intuitive experience for prospective parents and students. The cover immediately conveyed King School’s offering of Lower, Middle, and Upper School through a clear visual hierarchy, allowing readers to quickly grasp the school’s structure at a glance. By incorporating the school’s logotype and a distinct color-coding system for each division, the design was not only eye-catching but also effectively informative.

The viewbook opened with an introduction to King's standout educational philosophies, such as inquiry-based learning and their global perspective, positioning these core values at the forefront.

Using the tabs as a guide, we enter the Lower School section, where the design shifts to reflect the unique environment and educational approach of King School’s youngest learners. Starting with academics, then venture into Physical Education, Arts, and Community.

Next, we move into the Middle School section, where the design remains consistent with that of the Lower School, maintaining a cohesive and intuitive experience while adapting to the more advanced content for older students. Like the Lower School section, the Middle School follows the same structure, leading with Academics and concluding with Athletics, Arts, and Community.

Finally, we enter the Upper School section, where the design continues to reflect the cohesive structure established in the Lower and Middle School sections. Here, we highlight the key differentiators that set King School’s Upper School apart, ensuring that prospective families can easily recognize the unique opportunities available to their students.
